The .psd file format

PSD is a file known as Photoshop document. It was developed by Adobe so that graphic designers could create layered images. This is a proprietary file format used by Adobe to allow files be saved in. These files can then be opened in different versions of Adobe Photoshop. A user may also prefer to convert them to other formats like PNG or JPG. After converting PSD to JPG or PNG file, you cannot reverse the process.
